OXO Good Grips
I can recommend these items with a clear conscience. I am a fan of tongs, and these are the best ones I've run across so far. The turner is also stiff, light and includes a cutting edge. I am less impressed with OXO's three piece BBQ set which packages inferior tongs and a fork with their BBQ turner. Buy the turner and these tongs separately and save some money for food.
Clearly, these are my choice. No, I don't own stock in the company! But if they keep producing cooking implements like this, I may buy some.
